My fun, high-impact White Collar Fit Camp classes combine the latest in exercise innovation and technique, including High-Intensity Interval Training and Plyometrics to help you efficiently burn calories and build lean muscle mass all while having fun! Meet me at The Shed Fit Factory, Metro Detroit's hottest new fitness facility.
All are welcome. Classes are $10 with 24 hour advance online registration and $15 at the door.
